We are tripartite beings and we need to make time to take care of each part. 

Spirit: Take time out each day to read encouraging materials to build yourself up.  It may be a scripture, a chapter, a quote or an entire book.  Feed your Spirit and have a victorious day.

Soul: A cluttered space leads to a cluttered mind.  Get organized.  If you haven’t used an item in the past year, it’s time to chunk it and clear up some space.

Body: Feeling stressed out and tense? Relax your mind and body with a therapeutic massage.  A 30 minute massage is affordable and the benefits are priceless.
