Strengthened through Adversity

I’m learning to use my challenges to strengthen myself. God never promised a trouble free life, but He did promise that He is our refuge, a very present help in the time of trouble, our Salvation, our Fortress, our Hiding Place… So, when trouble knocks I will not be afraid to open the door. God has already made me the victor in every situation I just have to stay focused on Him.

To provide an understanding of living by faith.
God honors the covenant of marriage and He has shown us repeatedly that He is for us. He has surrounded us with friends, family, Pastors who build us up and encourage us to hold on to the covenant.
The greatest lesson I have learned is; at times I must "Be still, and know that [He is] God: [He] will be exalted among the heathen, [He] will be exalted in the earth." (Psalm 46:10)
