This morning I woke up and my first thought was, "Expect to see God's goodness in the land of the living." The scripture reference is Psalm 27:13, and it reminded me that God knows what I face each day. God is not ignorant of what is going on in our nation and He knows exactly what I'm facing in my life. He is not constrained by the national debt or my personal debt. It's not like God is calling a meeting with Jesus and the Holy Spirit wringing his hands trying to figure out what to do. He's God! Omniscient and omnipresent - El Shaddai. He will fulfill His promises to His children. So today I'm reminded not to bow down to fear, but rise up in faith and expect. I will experience God’s goodness in the land of the living and so will you - just believe.
