A Quick Hello

Keeping my promise! I just wanted to log in and say a quick hello. I am in the Motor City-Detroit, Michigan. You may or may not know that the Editor of Divine Image (Katrina Mitchell) is a Detroit native. So, I was invited to attend the 2008 Women's Summit at Detroit World Outreach (DWO). My experience thus far has been indescribable. God is so wondereful and my time at DWO has truly been life changing. To provide an understanding of living by faith.
God honors the covenant of marriage and He has shown us repeatedly that He is for us. He has surrounded us with friends, family, Pastors who build us up and encourage us to hold on to the covenant.
The greatest lesson I have learned is; at times I must "Be still, and know that [He is] God: [He] will be exalted among the heathen, [He] will be exalted in the earth." (Psalm 46:10)
